They encouraged me to come back when they had more staff. I have very limited time during "banking hours". Very sad to be turned away by a bank in my own backyard.
- KDKim DunivinDec 16, 20201.0Branch manager, Sarrah McMaster, was unprofessional by not having patience with my mother who is older and has been banking with them since we were kids. If people don’t have patience or a good a attitude to make daily interactions with the people who bank with them then THEY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE. We will be withdrawing all our money because of the way they treat their customers. This has happened multiple times. It’s a shame this bank hires people with low skill to show kindness and professionalism.
