- DDdeanne darlingDec 19, 20221.0I had a power of attorney for my sister which the bank would not honor without a doctor note of incompetence. The POA was not tied to incapacity this is in violation of the law. Bank manager said it was POLICY- which appears nowhere in the documents you get when you open an account. Manager also said is a customer dies the bank won’t release funds for 76 days - also against the law per my lawyer. Again manager it was POLICY do not use this bank Deanne D
