He went well over his responsibility by calling us and looked up information concerning a lost refund that we were dealing with. He is very humble and let us know that Brian, his boss, was also very helpful in helping to figure this out. It took months but they hung in there with us until the problem was solved. Can’t say how much we respect and appreciate this!!

- CCcha chaFeb 1, 20211.0applied for a refinance with them in july. they told us we were approved after I sent in all my docs... in December they told us they were just waiting for the appraisal to go through still after I called and called to verify. In January they told us they couldn't do it because we didn't qualify. so we waited 5 months for nothing. really bad process and huge waste of time after I submitted over 30 documents to them in the beginning to make sure we qualified.
