- JEJade EricksonOct 18, 20241.0It was great until Umpqua took over. I've been trying to get a new debit card for 2 months. They keep saying that the card printer will be fixed and refused to order me a new card. Today was the last straw. I went to CCCU, already so much better.

They are telling me I will wait 10 business days for money they have stolen from me. I live paycheck to paycheck nothing but arrogance from these people.

But the best was when we were supposed to get a 44 page form off the internet for an LLC transaction and we "computer dummies" needed help. As we waited for an assigned person to help us, Jean Sheppard (asst. mgr) saw us waiting and offered to assist us. She copied the huge document for us, even though we were supposed to bring it in, and helped us work through the whole process.
