I stopped by without an appointment and brought a rather complicated issue, but she greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism from the moment I walked in. Despite how inconvenient my situation must have been, Liset treated me with such kindness, patience, and a clear sense of responsibility. She stayed with me through every step, never rushing, and made sure everything was fully resolved before I left. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and caring — Liset truly went above and beyond. Wells Fargo is lucky to have her. Thank you again for turning a stressful moment into such a positive one!
