He helped me with a smile and a professional demeanor as we worked to resolve my issue, while also chatting about our favorite lakes in the area-- creating a personal as well as professional experience. He then followed up with me regarding my issue within the hour of me leaving the branch, showing dedication to customer satisfaction. Upon my second visit, I was helped by the branch manager, Rebecca. She went absolutely above and beyond to resolve the issue I was experiencing (an issue that was not caused by Onpoint, I would like to add). She was inviting, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, flexible, and definitely driven to help. I felt and still feel VERY taken care of. In summary, this location rocks.
