- MMMina MNov 19, 20251.0After already going to another location and not being able to pull money out of my account, I decided fed up coming here. I sat in my car without any communication after they took my card and ID. Then, I was asked to give my social security number on the form because I didn’t come in in person. My account is a business account associated with an ITIN. I asked if this was a written policy And was told that because I did not come in I needed to give them my Social Security. Why would I give anybody my Social Security if this is a business account With my Social Security? No thanks. The only KeyBank in the Portland metro area that is even worth visiting is the one on Hall Blvd. today was the last straw for me every single time that I interact with this bank, they don’t have a printer. They can’t print checks, they cannot resolve issues reasonably. Everything has become awkward, because you no longer can go to the front and handle your business you have to go sit down in a one of their pods which frankly no one wants to do and it is infuriating. KeyBank has absolutely gone downhill in the last 5 years and I am closing both of my accounts by the end of the week. to pull out $300 going through the drive-through took me 34 minutes….
