- CHCandace HarpoleDec 15, 20251.0I started with Sarah Heesacker slightly before Covid with a nice chunk of change and immediately lost money with no fault on Sarah’s account whatsoever. Because of this loss, I was hesitant to jump right in again to investing more of my money right away. Sarah Heesacker gave my account away twice to an unknown individual at a different Edward Jones location and neither person contacted me in any way shape or form. That person ended up investing money that I did not want in invested at the time. I imagine Sarah dumped me on someone else because I was not investing enough for her to see me worthwhile. This is very disappointing. When discussing this with Sarah, she agreed to retrieve my account again only to give it away six months later to somebody else. I will never use her again
