- SJSheri JenningsNov 6, 20241.0This advisor is grossly incompetent and took over $10,000 in error from my business account for retirement contributions for my employees over the course of a year. He and his assistant failed to cease contributions when offboarding team members directly informed them that they would be transitioning away. Additionally, they took more % contribution than requested from one of our team members for many months and consistently took more than should have been taken from every single one of our team members participating in the Simple IRA fund. Due to sheer ignorance regarding these basic processes and (even inability to accurately read a spreadsheet!), Nicholas was completely unable to assist in resolution to the extent that I had to get the corporate complaints department involved. The Edward Jones grievance department still has not resolved this issue and we are out many thousands of dollars due to Nicholas’s continuous errors. I sorely regret ever engaging with Nicolas or Edward Jones. The incompetency I witnessed from him as well as the corporate office was just baffling.
