    Worst bank I have ever had the privilege of using, no regard for the customers. Curtesy goes out the door as soon as you sign up. Staff members spend more time planning personal vacations than planning to make the customers treated right and fairly. How you do anything in this world is how you do anything, so if you think there is a better bank ,trust me anywhere better than this joke of establishment.

    Very nice staff. Went in to dispute a fee and the manager was quick to help me out and removed the fee for something that was clearly a misunderstanding. Would give more stars if I could!!!

    I don’t offer this review lightly. I have accounts with two nation wide banks. And this bank, this branch in particular has always treated me with respect like none other. I called recently upset about a situation that arose and when I finally stopped to breathe they actually did something to help. They didn’t read a policy but said they understood and here is what we can do. Albert thank you sir. For listening and taking action to help me.

    I've had a love hate relationship with the bank but they've finally added mobile deposits so I can't complain too much, back end site design still a pain though. Albert T. really won me over though: great attitude, awesome at answering questions, fast etc everything you could ask for from your bank's staff.
