BellDec 18, 20251.0Called to ask simple questions about their atm, and deposits, and the difference between doing it in the machine, and in the branch, and spoke to a man who acted like I had 'Disturbed' them, and they really didn't want to be bothered. He gave me conflicting answers, and then ended up telling me that they weren't allowed to give me the information he had already tried to give me. This was very strange, and I will never deal with this bank again, if I can absolutely help it. Choose where you Bank CAREFULLY. Good Luck!
- JGJamie GNov 6, 20251.0Worst banking experience at this location. I have had an in person meeting to open a new account and needed to provide some additional documentation. I emailed the banker 3 separate times with my documents, all emails have been unreturned. I then placed a personal call to the bank which also went unreturned. Zero customer service and evidently zero interest in taking my money. I’m actually thankful for this terrible exchange happening before money was involved.
