I was told by staff that they could help me no problem and that it wouldn't take very long. The man who was supposed to be helping us LIED and said those services are no longer available, which is not true at all. Clearly, he just doesn't want to work and instead waste company time and stealing from pay role. Our other bank informed us that yall are liars and you most certainly can easily do the paperwork. You are messing with people's lives by being lazy liars. You should feel absolutely ashamed of yourself!

We have both a debit and a credit card so if one is lost the other is available to use. The internet access to the account is excellent. Fraudulent out-of-state purchases were caught immediately by the security company that monitors for same.
