I have a lot of in and out activity right now because I am building a house, Key counted it as fraud even though they were confirmed charges and now for 2 plus months I have had checks canceled and accounts shut down even when the money is in them, please don't use Key if you want someone to work with you in a bank! They don't care!

I had every intention of opening an account here because my parents and 2 adult children have accounts here but I stopped by to have something notorized and they would not do it for a non-member. It wasnt a hard decision for my family to choose to leave. This was the last of some very bad experiences for our family.
