- HHHien HDec 28, 20241.0I wanted to deposit a cheque for a minor into my bank account and the check was already signed to me by the minor but the bank wouldn't let me deposit it. They said the minor had to deposit the cheque, it was so inconvenient to do that. Christian, the teller was extremely rude, she doesn't have basic customer service skills either. They also required me to go into the bank and did not let me deposit the cheque via drive through.

OnPoint is very clear about their fee schedules and seem to be really customer focused. I can see why they are so recommended.
