  I recently closed both my checking and savings accounts with Columbia Bank due to consistently poor service. On my last visit, the tellers processed my deposit incorrectly and made no attempt to confirm the transaction or correct the error. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability were unacceptable. It’s unfortunate to see such a weak service mindset from a financial institution. This may explain why the bank had to merge with others in the past. Unless there are serious improvements, I wouldn’t be surprised to see further decline. I do not recommend banking here.

  In my years of being with Columbia Bank, now Umpqua Bank, I have never had bad service from this branch or any other. Thanks for the great service and smiling employees. They have always been nice to me.

  Been account with over 4 year! Never feel this way until today! I think this location REALLY BAD, SLOW service and vibes. Only first time here this location I will NEVER EVER back here again.

  Well if you're looking for a banker who will speak to you like you're a child, all while pretending to know more than one herself, then by all means initiate a relationship with these buffoons. Victoria and Lynette (well trained monkeys posing as tellers) seem to relish utilization of condescending remarks; all while clearly knowing very little about their own abilities or lack thereof for that matter. Your money certainly isn't protected from fraud with this bank, and in fact they'll even argue with you about the definition of the word. Bottom line Columbia Bank employees protect merchants, not consumers, so if you make an online purchase thinking you're buying say a diamond ring and a screw driver shows up in the mail instead; well then according to them that's simply a "dispute" which doesn't qualify as fraud, and the end result is you shall be told to pound sand and own it. Simply a sad reflection on the banking industry as a whole. I'd take your business elsewhere as I will assuredly be doing. Freakin Donkeys.
