I had an awful situation, which needed immediate attention, and out of nowhere, dropping everything she was doing, including her own LUNCH she got on the phone for nearly an hour and a half and helped untangle a very messy mystery. My undying thanks and indebtedness go out to her. This is the kind of true PUBLIC SERVICE you just never see anymore. And what was in it for her? NOTHING BUT HELPING A DESPERATE PERSON IN NEED! Why I love WellsFargo., because of staff like C.W. a true ASSET TO HER COMPANY!
