- LLLauraNov 8, 20255.0I am very impressed with this Community Credit Union. They are fully staffed and their employees have always made me feel welcomed. I have been a member for two years now. During my time with them, they have always provided great member service even during high traffic hours. I recently went to them looking for a personal loan. Just 24 hrs from the moment of filling out my application, my loan was processed and funded much to my amazement. They have definitely earned my business and if you haven't yet made the switch to a Credit Union vs a traditional bank, I urge you to at the very least look into, as I believe wholeheartedly that you will not be disappointed on all levels.

If you call customer service, but you're a couple weeks behind on your loan payment they will refuse to offer any services until your loan is current. I understand that people need to pay their debts, but this is extreme. We were not able to purchase foreign currency before our vacation because the customer service agent refused to entertain the question until everything was current (we needed to verify some of the things she told us before we could make things current). I've not encountered any other bank or credit union and operates in this manner.
