I had my debit card shipped to the KeyBank here so that I could pick it up because we were in the process of moving. I was told it was ready to pick up today and I had my three-year-old autistic son with me, and I called and spoke to Steve explaining to him that it would be easier if I picked it up through the drive-through teller, but he said that he would need me to come inside Because I need to show ID. As I was getting out of the cardigan side with my son, he met me in the parking lot With my debit card. I showed him my ID and was on my way. Like I said, something so simple makes a huge difference in peoples lives. You saved me time and stress. Like I said, my son is autistic, and it is a gamble whether he would be happy to be inside the building or not. Thank you Steve! There are great people out there.
