- JAJenn ADec 8, 20255.0This past Saturday afternoon, due to multiple human errors on that of the bank and myself forgetting what day it was, I managed to use a drive-up tube that was left open even though nobody was inside the building. Obviously I was forced to spend the weekend without my debit card, ID and the cash I had tried to deposit. Today, I went to the branch as soon as it opened. Immediately, Judie went above and beyond to make things right. She apologized more times than I can count and got a bit emotional as she felt so bad, even though it wasn't entirely the banks fault. Again, multiple factors contributed to the issue and that included myself. I have always had a positive experience with the staff at this location, but I can't thank Judie enough for being so kind.
- KBKristen BommaritoDec 3, 20252.0first of all, it’s Wednesday night 4:30 PM, neither one of the drive-through tellers are open, so I went in and there’s nobody there but one person sitting at a desk helping a customer, there’s one customer waiting. He said hes been there for five minutes, but there’s not one other person there to help somebody but five minutes later somebody came out and helped the first customer, then another teller got off break and helped me. They close in 30 minutes but they have to take a break. I don’t get it. That is the most ridiculous KeyBank I’ve ever been in OK stop it when there’s not one person there except for a security officer.
