I am skeptical by nature and asked specific questions about this account offer, as did my wife. We were assured we would get the bonus. We did NOT. The branch manager Carrie "forgot" to sign up my wife so she gets nothing, and despite depositing double the minimum and setting up a direct deposit, a technicality of $10 on one deposit resulted in Carrie telling me I also did not qualify. I was sorely disappointed with Keybank, but more so with the branch manager Carrie, and the way she treated me (certainly not as a valued customer!). I will stick with OnPoint for my multiple loans, checking, savings, etc.
