I went to the drive-through window and wanted to pay my credit card, but I forgot my bill. Mathew helped me with the payment by using my ID and even refunded the $20 I overpaid. All I got was why don't you go home and call the number on the card I expect a little more from my bank people than that I think it's time to change Banks but I guess what's the point everybody's getting like that nobody really wants to help anymore sadly
