- CVChris VestDec 2, 20255.0I initially posted a 1 star review for this Bank. The Bank manager Katie reached out to me within hours of posting and offered to assist. I went back into the bank and felt like she absolutely went out of her way for us. My initial encounter was not truly bad. The young lady assisting us was following her protocols and I do not fault her for it. I was expecting entitled treatment perhaps, and when I did not get it I sat quietly… closed my accounts and left. Our family has been going through some rough times and we’ve had to make decisions for our kids that have adversely affected our credit. We’ve learned to roll with the punches… but sometime I lash out a bit in my reviews. Thank you Katie for your kindness. Thank you for extending the grey area for us. We look forward to having Rogue Credit Union as our home bank as we rebuild our lives.
