- HHHolly HolcombJul 18, 20251.0Just went to Umpqua bank on Williams Highway while I was visiting a friend in Grants Pass on July 18, 2025. I went through the drive through and sat there for thirteen minutes and no one was around. So I went back out on to Williams highway, turned around and went into physical building. I asked the teller if the drive through was open as I had waited out there and he said yes, then another teller bellowed out: “we have been going back and forth all morning!” In a nasty tone. I am originally from Grants Pass and I am not entitled acting. I didn’t appreciate the attitude from the woman with brown hair and glasses. As I understand it, it is my money in the bank and I could have been treated with more respect. Not going back to that bank. Holly Holcomb
