- HHHolly HolcombJul 18, 20251.0Just went to Umpqua bank on Williams Highway while I was visiting a friend in Grants Pass on July 18, 2025. I went through the drive through and sat there for thirteen minutes and no one was around. So I went back out on to Williams highway, turned around and went into physical building. I asked the teller if the drive through was open as I had waited out there and he said yes, then another teller bellowed out: “we have been going back and forth all morning!” In a nasty tone. I am originally from Grants Pass and I am not entitled acting. I didn’t appreciate the attitude from the woman with brown hair and glasses. As I understand it, it is my money in the bank and I could have been treated with more respect. Not going back to that bank. Holly Holcomb

However, I was told by the manager and the clerk helping me to call the store the next day about a situation of mine... so I call press 2 to talk to a rep @ the store and the automated msg started all over again, so I hit 2 again and the same thing keeps happening... I may be a millennial but I still like when ppl answer the phone not a damn computer that can't even do its job right... sorry but if I can't call and talk to someone and have to drive 45mins away from home just to get one question answered yall are doing terrible business... especially when your the closest bank to me...
