Even during this crisis they go out of their way to make you feel like you are important to them. When you walk into the bank or pull up to the window they KNOW your name. It is really just an amazing group of people to work with. I would recommend this bank for business and personal use.

Ms Helen Silva assisted me in my transactions. She was very cordial and informative. She was professional, but also made me feel as though I was already a long time member of the Banner Bank group. I would highly recommend banking at this location. Ms Silva is a valuable asset to this organization, and if all the employees are trained as well, Banner Bank has done their homework.
