I was ignored for 10 min while 2 ppl were "helping?" someone. There were no other customers inside. I Walked out, looked for ATM and came back, waited a little more. I was Not even noticed. Also couldn't even find a ATM o n the building. I left without them ever even looking at me.

It was around the noon hour and 5 people were waiting in line. There were to employees helping two customers at the counter. I'm going to say the other male employee that was behind the counter was a manager. He was helping what looked like what was a friend with something on her laptop. She had to sign on while he waited and the people kept stacking up in line. I had to leave, I couldn't wait any longer as the two of them chatted about whatever while the rest of us were waiting to be helped. To say the least, it didn't look very good to the customers waiting in line to be helped. Here's another reason I don't bank at Wells Fargo. I was only there to cash a check from someone who is a member there. With all the bad press lately that Wells Fargo is receiving, you would think they would try a little harder to help people instead of chatting with a friend in front of people that are waiting to be helped.

It started when I checked my account online and had a fraudulent transaction on my debit card for over $700. Called their 1-800 number first because the branch wasn't open yet to dispute the claim. Then went into the branch to close my account and get set up with a new one. First, I was told they can't close my current account because it was created in Texas. Second, they opened my new account, but didn't bother to cancel my debit card. My debit card was linked to my new account which had the fraudulent charge on it, which means my new account went into overdraft status as my dispute claim was being processed. Oh, and they didn't bother to tell me the fraudulent charge was set up as a recurring payment until I spoke with a claims representative days later. Once this claim is settled I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.

I just watched an employee berate an older gentleman because he asked if they could help him see the atm screen. And he asked if they could report it. Maybe fix it. She snapped at him and was so rude. This is the slowest branch I have ever visited. 2 tellers, 1 banker and 4 people talking, visiting in back. They need an over haul when it comes to customer service. In a positive note. Janine rocks!
