We had already received another loan financing our other apartment complex within a couple of years before and this loan was to refinance our other apartment complex. We were held hostage by Bill for 3 1/2 months and in spite of telling us that everything was fine he eventually completely denied our loan. At this point interest rates had gone up and we were faced with a balloon payment due and the possibility of foreclosure. I was a real estate broker for over 20 years and was never treated so poorly. We had to make a new application with Columbia Bank and they closed the transaction within 45 days! Banner Bank is the worst bank I've ever had to deal with and you would be advised to avoid them completely. Very Sincerely, Dwight A Janssen
