As a new customer, I have to adjust my schedule with an employee’s schedule which only work couple days in a week. The flexibility and the customer service are below satisfaction. With the transformation of digital and physical as an option, this bank need, significantly, improve it’s marketing strategy component and their sales efforts. I will not recommend this bank, significantly for customers who wants their banking to be easy.
