Attentive to customer needs. 4 instead of 5 stars for two reasons - first is that the checks that should have been ordered when I opened my checking account were not ordered, second is that with a joint account I cannot see bill pay the other account holder has setup when logged in online.

While I was asking questions about my account, she pulled out her phone, set it on the desk, and texted while I talked. Awful customer service and they're misleading about interest rates.
