The representative assured me that he would contact the bank, activate the account, and call me once it was ready to be closed. A month passed with no call or update. When I went back in, I was finally able to close the account, only to discover that they had charged me additional maintenance fees. I requested a waiver since I had attempted to close the account a month earlier, but the response I got was simply, "No way." Absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had!
