It's always so nice to walk into Cornelius OnPoint. They know my name and I'm always greeted. I'm so glad that OnPoint came to Fred Meyer. I used to go to another branch, but since they moved to Cornelius, I only use this one. They have become like part of my family. Always willing to go out of their way to help, no matter what we need. Dulce always makes sure we are taken care of. She is an exceptional person. My husband does my deposits for me when I'm unable to do them. Dulce will see him walk in and if she's not with another member she makes sure to help him. My deposits are big so they always take special care to make sure everything is correct. Marlan, the manager, and everyone else who works there, thank you for taking such good care of us.

This is about OnPoint online bill pay. After using them for 20 years, they have switched one of my creditors to from digital to paper check within the last 30 days without any notification. After talking with them, they said that can happen at any time and they have no way to alert customers when it does. Why does it happen at all? Why would anyone want to revert back to snail mail? Who's best interest is that in for any of the three parties involved?
That's not good because when you rely on payments being processed within 48 hours now all of a sudden taking 10 days, that can mean late fees. With no resolution provided by OnPoint, I will no longer use their bill pay for companies who let me pay the other direction. It's unfortunate because now I no longer have a single point payment platform Logging on to multiple sites is cumbersome. We'll see how long i can put up with it before I look to bank elsewhere, ending a 20+ year relationship.

There are not many businesses these days that pride themselves on customer service but this Onpoint location does. I used to go to whichever location I was closest to, but I pretty much exclusively go to this one. Why? Because they know me. They greet me by name when I walk in. They pull up my accounts for me without hassle. I have 3 accounts with them - my construction company, my nonprofit and my personal accounts and they know what is going on with each of them when I have an issue. Any time I use another location I am reminded why I try to only use this one. This location is by far the best and I can’t say enough about how much I love the staff here. I honestly stop by sometimes just to say hello, get a quick happy wave and my smiles from them then walk back out. Please visit them if you get a chance to. You will stop going anywhere else.
