They were the only people we knew here. After looking daily for a house to rent my daughter suggested that we go and talk to a lady that she had met at Umpqua Bank (Irene). She was the Loan Officer and turned out to be capable of changing our lives here in Oregon. She, & the Umpqua Bank were willing to give us the chance that no one before had ever done.
