It literally doesn't cost them anything to help you, but they didn't lift a finger. And their rules require them to not help. Meh. Try the other bank in town.

TWICE in one year they have been closed without providing any on-line notice, just a piece of paper in the window -- costing a useless 40-minute round trip each time. Then there was the cash deposit made at the drive-up teller window that went into somebody else's account, which I only caught when they gave me an updated balance number that was way off. I'd rather not drive to Vancouver but the complete lack of reliability with Clatskanie leaves no other option.
