- DRDan RondeauNov 13, 20251.0The only reason I keep an account at Wells Fargo is so that in my travels, I have access to an institution with familiarity. I have had an account for over 15 years. Yesterday I went into this branch to purchase a few boxes of pennies, as I saw our last penny was minted and wanted to have a fun time capsule if you will. We are talking about $50 in pennies, not a huge investment. Regardless, the young woman who helped my teller retrieve those penny boxes was very rude and condescending. At one point she was laughing at me. With all due respect, she works at a bank, hardly a position to sit and act mockingly toward a customer who is light years ahead of her in the business world. It was honestly wild to see someone treat their customer that way. I will never use this branch again.

I was going to inquire about opening multiple accounts and making a large deposit this afternoon and getting an auto loan but after the lack of service as well as a clear desire to not perform daily function I will take my business to a credit union instead. Way to lose a customer wells Fargo.
