    When the love of my life passed away they did all they could to keep money that was ours out of my hands She could have ended up left in the freezer at theoryuary a month longer than needed because the have no compassion for anyone but what their corporat attorneys believe is best for wafd in a town this size I'll make sure the whole town knows how heartless and unhelpful they are When my pastor offered to help me by putting a check in his account they told him he couldn't because it would be fraud what the hell everything on the up and up and told my pastor that is unforgivable

    Disappointing to say the least when the best service that you get is when you are closing your account, which is the experience I have just now. I made an account about 6 months ago to which I had to make an appointment to do so. With prior context this branch is never busy, you may see two cars in the drive-thru at most. After about 6 months me and my business partner came to set up a business account. (Really the only option in Cave junction for a physical branch) Not to my surprise we were met with a similar response to the first interaction. Which would be us making an appointment to come back to open the account. Again no one else is in the lobby, the lady who does the account opening says she has six more accounts to do so we try to give grace and accept. So we set an appointment for the following day at noon. Show up to the appointment the The following day to the surprise of the manager who is to open the account not being present for the day. The reception is telling us that they did not have any contact information which is a lie. since they had my contact information from setting up my personal account. To which the manager the previous day had recalled and said she did indeed have. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and lack of communication between staff. Was able to go into Grants Pass and open a business account with a credit union that very day. With the trend that I see happening just in the reviews here I'm sure it won't be too long before another financial institution buys this what will soon be vacant building.
