- LKLynnee KSep 1, 20251.0They refuse to give me the transaction records of my closed account. Keep saying none of them are equipped to handle it. I want the records to file a police report for fraudulant activity.
- HFHeidi FordJan 28, 20242.0I have work with this bank for almost 10 years. My kids inherited some money from their grandparents, we placed it in CD fund with good interest rate. There were a lot of computer glitches and they took taxes off the money because of the glitch and said oh well you will get the money at the end of the year. My husband and I thru well fargo took advance of the high interest saving brought in outside money that was required. Another glitch only getting 0.25% interest instead of 4.6% we were to get almost 2 months still not resolved. We No longer trust this bank! Too many computer glitches!
