    So instead of starting with how bad my experience was. Let's start with the responses that people get on their reviews. They say things like that it's disheartening or this is not the experience we strive for. But yet review after review is a one star. So why respond to the reviews reviews if you're not going to do anything about it. So I'm bringing a brand new business to Central Oregon and I decided that I was going to open up a business account at this location. Only to find that they said that they just didn't have enough staff to handle it when I looked through the reviews I see everybody saying this about their drive-thru about closing early one thing after the other so the bank decided to send me to another Wells Fargo location on 3rd Street only to find the exact same thing the only difference was one of the people that was wanting to help me told me that I was going to need to come back another day because she had appointment after appointment and she was the only one there because of you guessed it. Wells Fargo Staffing and she even said that she was going to file a report. I felt sorry for this woman because she was like up the creek without a paddle. I was honestly shocked to see what I was seeing at Wells Fargo. You really honestly need to close your doors because if you don't care enough about what's going on with the growth of Central Oregon and more and more businesses coming to this town you don't even deserve the customers that you have. I will say this to whoever is the person that sends out a message back to me don't waste your time. Because until you address the issues that these other people have before me then it's all a waste of words. And by the way I took my banking to First Interstate Bank on Highway 20 and they immediately greeted me with a smile and took care of my banking needs and I felt like I was at home. So if your banking at Wells Fargo move your account to First Interstate Bank you'll be glad you did.
