I’ve been getting charged double for my car payments for MONTHS. I’ve called more times than I can count, and every single time I’m told either “we can’t help you” or “we don’t know how to fix that.” Are you serious? In this economy?! I’m beyond frustrated. No accountability, no resolution, just the same useless runaround every time. This is NOT how a financial institution should operate. If you're thinking about banking here, DON'T. Run the other way.
