I've been banking with them for years. And they are great people. They treat you kindly. At ninety nine percent of the time, they are pretty knowledgeable on any issue that I had. Thank you OnPoint Community team.

I’ve banked with OnPoint for many years without any issues — until recently. My business account was hacked, and just a week later, it was hacked again. When I discovered the second breach, I called right away. They told me they would shut down the account and that I could come in to reopen a new one.
But when I got there, I found out they never actually closed the account — and the fraudulent charge had already gone through. Now I have to wait up to 45 days for their dispute process before I can even close the account.
I’m not sure what’s more frustrating: waiting 45 days to get my money back, or knowing that some criminal is enjoying a vacation I unknowingly paid for — while OnPoint does nothing to stop it. Instead of taking real action, like actually shutting down my account as promised, all I’ve gotten are apologies.
Unfortunately, apologies don’t equal cash.

Friendly helpful and no B.S. I was with another bank for 20+ years and never been treated as well as I have at on point. Thank you.

Stuck out of state and they blocked my card on the first day of a three day weekend. I can't find any 24-hour service line or anything like that, and of course they're closed for all three days.
