People I'm the bank are friendly but over the phone talking to over the phone people is a pain and pointless, avoid dealing with the bad over the phone help, you have to go in to get any help with anything

I absolutely love this bank and I love the service from the tellers. They are so nice so helpful. I have lived and banked all around this United States.
