Everyone is so professional and helpful, attentive and personable. I am always impressed with how they handle our organization’s multiple transactions with ease and attention to detail, all while engaging me and making me feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident in their abilities. Called branch, had no idea but stated everything fine from our end. Spent all day trying to resolve, to discover THEY LOCKED MY BILL PAY due to error the bill pay vendor messed up a stop payment days early, I'm getting out. Sir read above, I contacted the branch, spoke to one of the Cust Service Reps. and the branch manger. I once again spoke to the Branch Manager in person, expressed to her what happened, and that I was leaving. I did try to resolve an issue I didn't cause, No One in FIRST INTERSTATE HELPED! THAT'S MY POINT!
