I called five times and only got a recording to leave a message because - you know- "all representative are currently busy". I left a message each time, with elevated frustration with each call. NOBODY EVERY CALLED ME BACK. This was over a three week time period. Surely somebody could have called within that time. Take your business elsewhere - Umpqua is wonderful!
