- MNMegan NiedOct 10, 20251.0I went in today to deposit a check like I do 2 times a year and this location was the closest to my house.However when I got to the branch John Morgan was annoyed and snarky that this wasn’t his typical job. His front desk lady Marci was off today and that he doesn’t do this for non customers of his . He also mentioned it was such a big process and then needed to call support to walk him thru it over the phone and the gal who was on speaker said this is super easy . Meanwhile the whole time I could tell John seemed too good for the task and my 500 dollar deposit was small pennies as he mentioned he was moving big money in his back office on his computer. Needless to say I knew he was annoyed doing me a " favor” to deposit the check and was doing it since he knew my financial advisor who is local in town . Not good customer service and felt belittled the whole time . I advised “well John now in the future you can cover for Marci up front since you deposited my check”. I said thanks for your time have a great day and left . I will never return to this branch and it’s sad and very disappointing this is how a non client of his branch is treated.
