  I recently fell victim to a scam. Instead of doing due diligence and catching this scam early, Columbia bank sat back and let thousands be transferred out of my account while telling me through their app that I was actually gaining money. After a week of this, Columbia caught onto the scam being run on me, pulled thousands of dollars from my account and locked my out of both of my accounts with no notice or recourse. As far as I am concerned, I was scammed twice, first by the online scammer, and second by Columbia bank. When I tried to figure out what was happening, Columbia made me wait for hours to hear from a grossly unprofessional customer service representative who went out of his way to belittle me after I just found out I had thousands of dollars stolen from me. A truly awful and incompetent company. As a (soon-to-be former) customer of over a decade, do not bank here.

  Umqua on Century Drive in Bend is completely understaffed. You may just sit at the drive through for what seems like forever, and need to give up and leave.

  After 10+ years of service, we are moving away from this banking institution. The amount of unresolved headaches and random service fees that have accumulated over the last 2 years with their acquisition of other banks in the area has become untenable.

  Umpqua is a pathetic excuse for a bank. Please dont go here, do not use their services. They will charge you crazy amount of money and then not be willing to help you out at all. Go to Oregon Communit Credit Union!
