Seriously the worst banking experience, the bankers seem unqualified and unsure of what they’re doing. The bankers need proper training, or at least someone there who actually knows how to help.

Sure it was real dang cold outside, but the roads were just fine there was maybe 1-2” of snow that wasn’t even sticking and you work indoors in a heated building. Then closed on Friday also for the same reason?? It was in the high 30s no snow and literally no excuse for that. Then you’re now closed today? What a 4 day weekend wasn't long enough for your pampered bankers? What a joke. Many things over the last couple years have made me consider changing banks but I’ve stuck with you through the “unprecedented times”. But this is absurd and you’ve now lost my business.
