  I come to this location often to cash my payroll check. This past Monday Sept 15th around 3:30 pm I went in like normal and was told my payroll check couldn’t be cashed. I asked for a manager and got the manager on duty, a woman I can’t remember her name. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional, and she eluded to the fact that my payroll check was fake and would not cash it for me. I told her I come here basically every two weeks to cash my check because I currently do not have a bank account and the check is issued through Wells Fargo banking. She still refused and looked at me like I was a criminal. Someone needs to coach this woman on how to treat the public and remind her of her job duties. Anyway, I got a new check issued through my employer (because she stamped it with this ugly stamp that said refer to maker, so I couldn’t cash it anywhere else), and I went to the Wells Fargo in Beaverton and they cashed it with no problem like they usually do! I would like someone in corporate to talk to this branch manager, because her behavior and her unwillingness to help me is unacceptable. I will never go back to this branch because I will never want to deal with this woman again and be treated like I’m a criminal trying to cash a false check or something. Horrible customer service!

  I had a wonderful experience working with Nicole at the bank. She was very professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process.   The online aspect of managing money through this bank online is unclear and disorganized for those that want a simple banking expirience without enduring a cirus amount of hoops to jump through i reccomend onpoint or river mark

  I noticed a lot of bad Reviews will I found out that they are correct I had to pay off a large payment But my account didn't show any money taken out .But the people got the payment said your all paid up . So I called the bank and ask why the money in my account was still there it should have been deducted for the payment they said we see no transactions out of your account with this large payment your fine so I got confused 4 days later the money was taking out . Then they deny the payment taking it back from the people I paid off and putting it back into my bank.. absolutely incredible now I have a late fee on my payment. And no one at this bank knows why it was denied. 👎👎👎 And the person on the phone said next time make a smaller payment. That's strange. ..... It should not matter my money
