My dad passed the first week of September, and it’s been non-stop tasks. Vawn’s compassion and empathy for our situation was palpable. I had preexisting plans to open a new account with a bank, because of Vawn, it will be your bank, when I’m ready.

If you plan to do something similar I’d suggest calling a week in advance to make sure they can accommodate you as they may not always be able to cover larger withdrawals on short notice.
