- RCRichard CarradineNov 6, 20255.0Vawn and her branch manager were kind enough to accommodate me this morning when I came by to make a larger cash withdrawal to purchase a vehicle. If you plan to do something similar I’d suggest calling a week in advance to make sure they can accommodate you as they may not always be able to cover larger withdrawals on short notice.

BTW I have PMA account (at least 1/4 million in relation) status with Wellsfargo, I know it is not much but apparently that mean nothing. Isn't at least a manager on that branch that know how to open an account or she is not willing to do it? Do I have to dress in a suit to get service?
- KSKrisna SinNov 14, 20171.0Worst branch I've ever been to. Years ago I bought my house through WF and also have my checking and savings account through them. Today I went in to open up a new account dressed in gym clothes because my gym is right next door. This is the same branch I got my mortgage through, and at this point, the service has gone downhill. I was told to wait for the person who could help me open the account. I sat for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me after the initial greeting, and watched no less than 6 other customers come in and out and get assisted. I'm guessing they discriminated against me because I was wearing gym clothes and probably looked like I didn't have much to offer them. If I have another experience like this, I'm taking every single one of my accounts next door to OnPoint.
