Being a young business owner and a person of color, I’ve always been treated with the utmost respect and care by every member of this branch. From the first day I walked in — with multiple cashier’s checks, business deposits, and other transactions — the staff has always gone above and beyond to make me feel valued and supported. I’ve read some of the reviews mentioning “a red-haired woman” and “a Hispanic representative,” and I have to say — those comments reflect bias, not reality. The individuals they’re referring to are some of the most professional and capable employees I’ve ever met. Kat, the “red-haired” representative mentioned, is phenomenal — efficient, knowledgeable, and truly exceptional at what she does. Ismael, the Hispanic representative, has grown tremendously since I first met him during his training. Watching his progress and professionalism today makes me genuinely proud to be his customer. And of course, Ashley and Emily are wonderful additions to an already stellar team. The entire Beaverton OnPoint team exceeds expectations every single day.
