Just got signed up with OnPoint a couple months back. Stopped by to get a check and while there, tried to address an issue with my account. Jacob was my rep and though he couldn’t solve my issue that moment, he promised to follow up. And indeed he did, working with me on the issue for a couple of days and solving the main problem. Impressed with the location and Jacob specifically.
