    This is the only location even worth visiting and probably the only reason I’m still with Key after all of the weird changes over the years. The staff here are wonderful! The service is fantastic! A great little gem in our community.

    So far I am not impressed. It began fine when I opened my account a few weeks ago. I was supposed to get my new card in 5-10 days. No card 2 weeks later. Went back into the branch and verified it had been issued and to the correct address. Gave it until the middle of the following week and I speak with AJ who is rude and condescending with my issue. If I don't have a card in a few days I'm closing the account. Not worth the hassle or attitude. It's my money, they are not doing me free favors.

    Private information breach! While in for a transaction the teller couldn't handle, they had me sit at a personal banker's desk while they looked for the manager's card. They sat me down and walked away. On the desk was a copy of another account holders driver's license, and account paperwork. This is wildly unsafe, and not compliant with any banking regulation or financial institution. I would never bank at this branch and feel my information was safe.
