  The only word to describe this bank is INCOMPETENCE. If you for example get payment from Zelle or Venmo it will show up on your account clear a a sunny day and you think it clear only to discover next day (or whatever day for that matter) to be pending. Nobody can explain anything to you, they just rattle off what is showing on your bank app, that you are looking at anyway. There is a man working there who is extremely arrogant. (I don’t mind dealing with arrogant people if they are competent) I finally figured out he’s arrogant because he apparently has no idea about what he’s doing and should go back working for the convenient store he’s qualified to work for, not a bank. Nobody has any answers or accountability at this branch. Nobody there knows what’s going on for that matter. Maybe other Umpqua bank branches are better, IDK but when you tell people at Banner Bank across the street and the Credit Unions in Bandon about your frustration with your current bank - Umpqua, they basically roll their eyes because they’ve had so many customers come to them in frustration from Umpqua bank and they say “Yea we’ve heard it before”. I don’t know why I’ve hung out with this bank so long, my man escaped them few years ago due to Umpqua bank’s incompetence and told me to do the same. I finally doing exactly that. This Bank is a complete disaster.

  I have lived in many places in the US and few different countries. I’ve been doing business with this bank for about 7-8 years now. Umpqua bank, or maybe it’s just this branch of the bank, is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Usually I’m in a state of anxiety before entering a bank. Banks are usually a pain in the A$. But not the Umpqua branch in Bandon, they are very different. I honestly think it’s because it’s almost entirely employed by women. They bring the human element and compassion to banking. I don’t know how that’s possible, but that’s what they do. I love ❤️ this bank. I will never do business with any other bank, ever. Thank you 🙏 all at Bandon Umpqua bank 🏦 You are the kindest and the best in the world.
