- ZSZed SilowAug 18, 20251.0The “virtual assistant” crashed out and couldn’t tell me the store hours. Spent over seven minutes arguing with that thing called the store opted to speak with a person got the hours took 56 seconds. This virtual assistant is horrible and it’s just ruining your customer service. AI is not the answer to replace humans.

I had a question regarding a recent car loan which side note I got 6% interest on a 11 year old car, and she enthusiastically handled it got me the absolute best case resolution and it was handled and done in like 15 minutes. Another stellar job by Rogue Credit Union thank you and am so happy to by a part of the family!
